today 25th sept i tried to connect to the "new " ip address but all i got was server timed out everytime?

The IP for the new server is 95.179.239.103:27102. You need to download some mods. This should go automatically when you connect to the server unless you never downloaded mods before. If that is the case go to the mod section in the main menu and subscribe to any random mod. P

I went to go update our server after the new patch today and found I couldn't connect to the web panel. The VPS seems to be unreachable too. My immediate thoughts are an outage, the IP has changed and the hostname DNS record hasn't updated, or we forgot to pay the bill and it's been turned off. Anyone know what's happened?
