Also I just remembered now about the throw modes!
(About this I have read)
You can throw them:
-Cooked: the explosion counter starts when you hold the nade
-Uncooked: the counter starts after you throw the nade, so you can hold it for infinite time.
-Left click: Cooked over the shoulder (Long range)
-Middle click: Uncooked from the hip (short range, you can't aim with the finger trick)
-Right click: Uncooked from the shoulder (Long range)
Using this you will master molotoving/grenading with little issues
Also you have to take care of the arc that the nade does with the distance, of course e.e
