I believe it's using the unreal engine. If that's the case then you're going to need a lot more graphics kick than a 570 to get a decent viewing experience.

I thought it was the source engine DD.
New World’s debut game Insurgency is leading a revival of the tactical shooter genre. What began as a Half-Life 2 mod has become an indie cult classic, having built an audience of nearly 2 million players and very positive 92% recommended reviews on Steam.

That's the 'old' insurgency, sandstorm is basically the same game but ported to the UE4
