Stupid Shop Assistants

Ever had an experience with a shop experience that made you want to beat them with something or point out what an idiot they are if you have put it down for everyone else to have a laugh or equal groan about ill get it going.

Today I went to The Range shop to get some PVA glue now bare in mind I have just passed my test and had my provisional license taken from me, so i go in grab the glue went to the counter and...
the SA(shop assisant said "have you got any ID for that"
i replied "sorry? are you asking me for ID for PVA glue?"
SA "yeah you have to be over 18 to buy that"
me "since when? why?"
SA "oh you always have done becuase it has solvents in it and some people sniff it"
me whilst reading and showing the bottle" it says on the bottle solvent free and I don't mean to be funny but I could eat it and it would do know harm, why do you think they use it"
SA " no they don't, tell you what i'll get my manager and she'll tell you"
MA " sorry you have to be 18 and thats that no ID is no ID"


i felt so confused and urination i didn't know what to say as i drove off past the manager ¬¬ *sigh*

tis true, gotta b 18 to buy glue even if ti is solvent free, just like in work i have to ask for id for people to buy corn knives, which are really only little scaples, but you still gotta be 18 to buy them, and tbf clownface you do look about 16 should be djbabyface really.

i got asked for id the otherday for booze when in asda with my missus and her mum, even tho a, her mum works there, b ive got a beard no 17yearold could dream of growing and c im 25!

I'm always IDed. XD When I applied for that fast track thing at Sainsburys yesterday (I just wanted to use a scanner ^_^) She told me the terms and conditions and look at me really funny when she said "You have to be over 18". ^_^ People in banks think I'm 16 XD I guess it mean when I'm thirty I'll only look 25 XD genius!

Could be worse.

I went to work the other night. S'all good, i got out for a few minutes to laugh at the drunk people and get some air. As i'm going back in, someone grabs me and starts demanding ID. Turns out it was a new doorman, but yeah, i got ID'd whilst i was at the bar i work in xD Fail.

When i was about 15 or 16, I got IDed for a PG DVD at tescos.... Now that I am 18 and can buy anything, I never get IDed, even though I want them to ask so that I can shove my ID in their face.

go to 24/7 asda with mates at about 11pm. buy some beer's got to counter. "you guys got id?" them two did, i just said, no im the driver and showed her my car keys. and that was that.
